Yes.  If you wish to not display certain products on your web site, you can simply remove items from your web site using StructuredWeb's ProductCenter catalog management tool. You can also create new product categories within your catalog to feature products you wish to highlight.  For example, you can help to drive sales volume of your most popular products by creating a special category called "Best Sellers" showcasing the most popular product offerings.
